Providing 24 hour care 7 days a week to vulnerable adults with varying care needs. The elderly, people with a physical disability and people requiring complex care.

Our client is a unique Domiciliary Home Care provider with an excellent reputation for providing the highest quality care. Currently going through a period of growth they are looking to recruit a number of full time and part time, Home Care Assistants.

As a Care Assistant you will provide a level of care which allows Customers to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. The service will involve both personal care and household management as designated in the Customer’s personal care plan.

Duties will include:

Personal care tasks; including assisting clients in and out of bed using appropriate equipment, showering, bathing, toileting, dressing and undressing
Preparation of meals and drinks
Assisting with Medication
Assisting clients with Home Care, shopping and support with personal finances.
Supporting clients to access the community and to support clients’ within their own homes. 

A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.

An offer of employment will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure carried out by the Disclosure and Barring service (DBS)

All staff are offered on going development and training including a diploma in Health and Social Care as well as all other required training.

No prior skills, experience or qualifications are necessary.
