My client are a vibrant, dynamic and exciting on-line retailer of video games, toys and collectables.
They have recently added their own clothing range to the line and an in house printing facility to meet demand.
As a result of this exciting expansion they are looking to take on an apprentice production operative who will learn and grow with the this arm of the business.

What we are looking for:
You are likely to already have an interest in the design & print industry; you’ll be bright, ambitious, creative, determined to succeed and someone who generally likes to 'get involved'
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, work with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to learn quickly. You will be able to work quickly and efficiently with minimum of supervision.
As an apprentice you will be working towards the NVQ in Performing Manufacturing Operations.
The Performing Manufacturing Operations Apprenticeship covers a range of manufacturing processes which are common to a variety of industries and sectors. It is suitable for operators engaged in a wide range of production processes, and offers a wide range of competencies, skills and underpinning knowledge including; shaping, assembly, processing, forming, finishing, joining, moulding, packaging, receiving and handling materials, process control, quality and inspection together with improving effectiveness in the workplace.

Salary : £2.73 per hour - National Minimum Apprenticeship Wage
Hours : Mon - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Entry requirements:
Aged 16-23 yrs
Grades C or above in Maths & English
